How does your service work?
   

EZ Protect offers cellular protection directly through our national network of authorized dealers. When you purchase a cellular device from one of our dealers, you will automatically be offered the option of purchasing insurance for that device. If you choose to purchase coverage, the dealer then provides your information to EZ Protect. A claim cannot be submitted until 31 days after activation of your cellular device, and you will be billed quarterly.

  How much does EZ Protect cost on a monthly basis?
   

EZ Protect's cellular protection service costs just $3.99 per month, including taxes; on our quarterly billing cycle, this totals $11.97, including taxes.

  How much protection do I receive for my valuable mobile device?
   

EZ Protect offers full replacement of your device on all valid claims. If the original device cannot be replaced, EZ Protect will provide another device of equal or greater value and features.

  What does EZ Protect's insurance policy cover?
   

Our standard policy offers full protection against the theft, loss, or breakage of your cellular device. Protection against damage not covered by the standard policy (such as water damage) can be purchased for an additional $1.00 per month. Click here to view or change your policy.

  Will I be charged a deductible on my claim?
   

Yes, claims for most cellular devices carry a $50 deductible. PDA's - such as Blackberrys or Treos - carry a $100 deductible.

Yes! Just log in to your account and fill out our claims form. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

No. All claims must be processed through ez-protect.com, or via our toll-free customer service hotline, 8-PROTECT-06

Yes. EZ Protect allows up to two claims on each insured item per billing year.
