Please note that any email transmission or printout you receive from EZ-Protect or authorized agents showing that you have a plan is not proof of an EZ-Protect plan. Payment transactions must be approved & completed by our system before services are activated. If a charge from EZ-Protect does not appear on your credit or debit account within a 2 day period from the date of your purchase, then please contact us to confirm that you in fact have a valid plan. If a valid email address is provided to us at point of purchase, then you will receive an email with details of your plan along with a user name and password to your online account, again, this email does not constitute an EZ-Protect plan unless we have a confirmed payment for services.
The following constitutes the terms and conditions associated with your wireless maintenance and replacemant plan:
Payment for our services is $3.99 per month billed as $11.97 quarterly. Your credit card will be debited this amount every quarter. Handsets must be in perfect working order in order to be eligible for this plan. The plan begins 31 days after we have a confirmed charge for services. EZ-Protect does not require you to enter into any contract. You can cancel your coverage at any point in time. If payment cannot be processed for recurring billing after the initial charge has gone through, EZ Protect will notify you by email of the invalid credit card and a method of providing us with an updated credit card. If payment is not received within two weeks of this notification, your service will be terminated. A plan terminated for any reason will not be reinstated and claims will not be honored. All payments made for services are non-refundable. A maximum of two (2) claims per year are permitted. Claims will not be honored for iphones that have liquid damage without the iphone being sent to EZ-Protect for inspection when additional liquid damage has been purchased. A minimum of $49.50 to $99.00 fee, shipping & handling and SIM card fees will be charged to your credit card or debit card on file for every claim processed. Fee depends on handset model.
